How much does it cost to deploy Blnk Core?
Blnk Core is free and open-source for building your financial product. If you need assistance deploying Core on your infrastructure or prefer us to host it on our servers, we offer these services through our paid Managed Instances add-on.
Is there a free trial for Blnk Cloud?
Yes!. Save 10% with annual billing on any paid plan. For organizations with larger teams, please contact our Sales team for custom pricing options.
Is there a free trial for Blnk Cloud?
We do not offer trial plans. However, you can get started for free with our open-source Core and explore Cloud features through our interactive demo. To access the Cloud workspace, please select one of our paid plans.
How do seats pricing work?
Each plan includes a maximum number of workspace seats. If you need additional seats beyond the plan's limit, we charge a per-seat fee for only the extra seats added.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Any usage above your plan limits is tracked and billed at the end of each month. This includes extra seats, storage, instances, and anomaly detection.
What happens if I change plans?
For upgrades, your account is immediately upgraded with pro-rated charges based on your billing cycle. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does Blnk Cloud help with compliance?
Our Pro and Enterprise plans include anomaly detection, PEPs and sanction lists screening, custom reports and insights, and audit logs. Enterprise customers also enjoy advanced compliance features and anomaly detection.
What is a connected instance?
A connected instance lets you securely connect your self hosted Blnk Core to your Blnk Cloud workspace through database and server URL configurations.
Can I migrate from another platform to Blnk?
Yes, you can. If you need help with migration and getting onboarded to Blnk, contact Support to set it up.
How do I get started?
Sign up to Blnk Cloud and select a plan. Once done, connect your Core instance to your Cloud workspace and you're good to go. If you run into any issues, please contact us at support@blnkfinance.com.
